Step 1 Firstly you’ll need to hot glue four paper straws into each one of the ice cream cups. These will be used to support the balloon later on. Obviously you’ll need to let the straws and glue set before you carry on with the rest of the tutorial.
Step 2 Place a cupcake liner into each of the ice cream tubs. You can add your treats in later; pink and white marshmallows always look great for a girls baby shower!
Step 3 Get your balloon pump and start pumping up as many balloons as you need for your baby shower decorations. Also be careful to blow the balloon up to the correct size that will fit within the four straws. When the balloon is pumped up place it on top of the four straws. You can fix it into place in the next step.
Step 4 Next we’ll take our paper banner and make mini bunting from it. You’ll need to cut small triangles and once that’s done use your glue stick and use your glue stick to attach them to your twine. This part is probably the trickiest part, so take your time.
Step 5 Then simply wrap the mini bunting around the balloons and straws, using your hot glue gun to keep them in place. You’ll probably need to wrap the mini bunting two or three times around the balloons to make sure its nicely secured.
Step 6 Finally add in a selection of your favorite treats and a few cake toppers for that extra bit of pizzazz. And that’s it, you’re done, how awesome is that!
